- The Modular and Mountain Pluk-O-Trak can be equipped with full electric drive
- As an option, the Pluk-O-Traks can now be supplied with extra-wide front picking belts, see figure 1. These have been developed to increase the productivity for the front fruit pickers.
- The Modular and Mountain machine comes standard with a feature that allows the dealer or factory to remotely dial in to the machine for service and breakdown analysis via the “ICAN-app”
- The bin table for the Modular and Mountain machines are electrically/hydraulically controlled (i.e. without gear).
- The bin exchange is equipped with a system that indicates “Logical Steps” in the push buttons for intuitive operation. Coloured lights in the push buttons indicate the logical next operating step which helps the picking crew in operation during, for example, bin change. See figure 2.
- Faults are also indicated by these colours in the push buttons. This makes it easier to find an error indication on the machine! Check the manual!
- The brush on the filler has been improved for a smoother transition of fruit in the crate, see figure 3.
- The control panels are removable for clear movement of the machine, see figure 4.
- Robust working platforms with smooth edges are now the standard for
decreasing the damage to the fruit and branches, see figure 5. - Variable adjustable electrically driven conveyor belts. The picking crew can adjust the rotation speed depending on the fragility of the fruit.
- Control by ultrasonic sensors at height, see figure 6.
- Control panels are pluggable to both sides of the machine
- Munckhof offers the possibility of placing the mainbelt horizontally so that the Pluk-O-Trak can be used as a “head picker”
– Picking with 2 people per side
– Separation of quality in the box (mixed fruit quality from top to the bottom of the tree) - M-connect system is available on all machines
– Harvest registration
– Counting system
– Hour registration
